Phender Pro Installation

I have a '17 RZX3 and I would like to add a phender pro mount between my tower and windshield. A couple questions: 1) any structural concerns with installing one in this location, and 2) how do i remove the cushion so that i can get underneath the mount point to confirm i do not hit any wires?

Never taken that piece of upholstery out but Tige traditionally has used LONG 1/4-20 studs and nylocks so you have to get in behind the panel and remove the hardware. Typically a ratcheting box end 7/16 is the trick as a deep socket won't get over the studs
