So I built my own windscreen for$50! I feel it's a better fit and design vs the factory one. Basic wood working tools and pretty easy to do if you're trying to save money!

What did you use for the panel and also the side rails please

Thanks! I used I believe it was 1/4 cutting board plastic sheet from Buyplastic.com. I cut small strips and used 3m double sided tape for the guide rails. I went with white so scratches aren't as noticeable plus matches the boat. Honestly with taking a little time to measure it was pretty simple and looks better than factory imo

I have a white 21i direct drive over here in Victoria Australia.

I’m a carpenter and was planning on doing one out of plastic as well with black aluminium channel to slide it into but your side pieces look good.
So just 3 m tape to stick them on and no screws.

I just cut the strips on a table saw and sanded the edges smooth. Cleaned the fiberglass and stuck on with the 3m tape. No screws or damage to the glass. Plus not worrying about catching on the rails cause they only stick out 1/4 inch.
