    Damage to catalytic exhaust

Could the damage of the catalytic converter in this picture cause code 442 15 to come up after putting in new manifold O2 sensors?

Fault Code SPN 442 FMI 15 Raptor 440 all other systems within operating in range.
Just put in brand new sensors 0258017594 or 597094 sensors in port and starboard manifolds.
Swapped sides on the sensors at the exhaust humps and took a picture of the catalytic on the port side.

The fault code SPN442 FMI 15 did reproduce after about 15 minutes of running. The fault code did not impede throttle or speed this time.
Powered down, started back up. No code. Wide open throttle for a few passes, no code.
Filled all ballast 100% and set up for surf at 11mph. Switched Left to Right a few times, no code.
After 20 minutes of above activity sat and idled for about 3 minutes and 442 / 15 reappeared.

Could this be enough damage in the cat to cause this code with new manifold sensors ??

I'm not at the shop and can't remember what the fault code descriptor is for that code.....

Thats not a ton of damage but that is also the top/front of the cat brick. There could be a whole lot more missing from the back of the brick that you can't get the camera in to see
