Gotta rant on their customer service as it is very sub par and I have left a message 3 times and have recevied no phone call back. They are worthless. Please be advised that for all of your future purchases. They very well may make a good quality charger but you will get no service what so ever

I installed a Pro Mariner last year and it went kapoot after about two months. I was camping and kept it pluged in with the cover on. I think it got too hot. I called and the guy I talked to was super cool. He said he would test one that day and send it out. He put a return postage for me to send back the bad one.
I have had no problems with the second one and the customer support was awesome.
Maybe they are slipping as of late.Formertigeowners.com

When I was looking for one, there seems to be a lot more failures with the promariner. But most quoted it was real easy to get a new one. I ended up with a xantrex because of that and it more closely matched the specs set out by kinetik.Be excellent to one another.

Totally agree. I called the other day and actually got a customer service guy. I clearly had very specific setup situation and without listening to a word I said he told me to buy their most expensive digital charger. They have 3 other charges that can work in a 3 bank setup, but apparently their latest, greatest and most expensive product is their one-size fits all solution. Who wants to spend $600 on a battery charger! Total d-bags....Temporarily not a TO, but not gone forever... RID22 (Formerly K***k'n Futs!)
