rzx23 to 2022 Z3

I sold my RZX23 and I am looking hard at the Z3. How are you guys liking the Z3? Is the ride drier than the RZX? My RZX had a pretty wet ride. Surf wave was really good on the RZX is the Z3 as good? Z3 has the 400 engine i am at sea level so shouldn't be an issue. Any feed back on the Z3 from owners would be great.

What year was your boat? The Z3 will be a little bit longer but not as deep on the inside. No rear surf locker on the Z3 either.

2021 rzx23 I loved the boat but you are right it was big.

The 2021 fixed the spray issue on the 23RZX so not sure how much better you will find the z3.

how’d they fix the spray issue? It is probably the largest annoyance on my 17 and I’m looking for a good reason to maybe upgrade. Although the prices on the new ones are insane

I know the 2021 22RZX had a slight hull change to stop some of the spray but do not believe the 23RZX did.

I thought they added an extra chine along the front bottom edge of the hull. You probably know more than I do.

My RZX23 was a 2021 and I can tell you if they improved the spray issue the old ones must be really bad. The 2021 still has a wet ride only thing I disliked about the boat. But it makes up for it in other ways still a badass boat. I think I am going to try the 2022 Z3 this year as I found a loaded out one at a good price.

If I were you I would wait for the new 22RZX

That 24RZX is in the 170K+ range. I am out on that.
