The houseboat is 59 feet long. It has 2 new Yamaha 4 stroke outboard engines, a new generator, 2 new air conditioners, 2 fridges, a deep freeze, 3 rooms (queen bunk beds in 2 of the rooms). 2 bathrooms with one of the bathroom having a tub/shower. It has a TV and CD player. It has 3 tanks and holds 300 gallons total. One tank is dedicated for boats/wave runners. The engines are super efficient on the house boat!
