2016 Tige RZX Prop

Looking for a back up/secondary prop for our 2016 RZX Raptor 440. 1.5/1 trans. We primarily are on Lake Havasu....once a year Lake Powell.

We currently have the Acme 2419. 3000 ballast with 1500 P&P.

We are usually on the lake in July, 115-120°.

Same boat, pretty close to the same weight, we normally have 8-12 people and run at like 900’-4200’. I run an Acme 2949 and it’s been a game changer for pushing that weight, with the 1.5:1. It doesn’t help, at all for RPMs and fuel economy. You shouldn’t need quite that extreme, for your elevation, but the heat will be a killer for you.

bsreid had a 16”, I think by 12.5” acme on his RZX, and said that’s the setup to have. If I didn’t run at the elevation I do, I would switch to that.
