Fault Code help

Had our '15 Z1 (Raptor motor) out yesterday and it threw an engine fault SPN 110 FM 1.

I'm thinking it's a low raw water flow alarm, but can someone confirm.

The engine temp didn't change and stayed normal (158).

I'll check for obvious obstructions, strainer, etc. Any other thoughts on what to check?

I presume I can run the boat with the fault as long as the engine stays cool?

It's a low flow code indeed.

If the impeller hasn't been changed then change it. Usually solves the problem. If not and no obstructions the paddlewheel is likely bad.

Indmar has a paddlewheel delete .cal file if you dont want to replace the paddlewheel. You just need someone with diacom and the calibration to delete it.

If temps are fine ESPECIALLY with full ballast while surfing then I wouldn't worry. The low flow code is usually around 1500 RPMs while turning around for a rider in my experience. Computer won't trip an error at idle RPMs but once you above 1200 or 1500 and paddle wheel doesn't give a good input ECM light the CEL

Thanks for the confirmation and good suggestions. We surfed after the alarm and the temps stayed normal. I’ll check a few things and try to narrow it down to a bad paddle wheel/ sensor.
