Is the goal to make sales? If so, I am afraid you will likely "lose out" to convenience. People want to be able to click buttons, enter a credit card and have something shipped to their house or place of business. Too many steps (email conversations) will have people going elsewhere...

Comments: Good start on Auto vs. Marine
When Marine site, so same organzation between BRANDS or SERVICE REQUEST
I figure you'll get more hits from people looking for stuff than service.
You can use tthe SERVICE form to collect info on the boat. So after I say I want a TELEX steering cable, you have me fill in what boat, brand, size, etc.

I know its a working progress, but I agree with users liking buttons. It would be nice to have a link for each picture and major title.
