heater not shutting off

when i turn my batt switch on my heater comes on and will not turn off w controls on tige touch screen. any ideas how to fix ?? thanks

What year and model is the boat?

If you have the Medallion screen you need to.pull the fuse out of the big black box behind the kick panel

You then either need a new black box or wire up a switch
