We'll be out this weekend and Memorial weekend for sure. Hopefully it wont be as windy as the forecast is showing for this weekend.

I didn't get out this past weekend, but my friends who were going got blown off the lake Friday and Saturday...grrr. They were just staying at a slip in Wahweap.

I hope the weather pattern breaks within the next two weeks, but I think I had better plan on 2 crappy days and 2 good days.
        Be excellent to one another.

Its a long drive but the san juan river has some great bays and you will be the only boat out there. Its about the half way point on the lake. Dont forget to get gas at dangling rope marina.

Gizmo has it right, the three years we meandered to the San Juan was the best water we have ever had. It's a journey so take plenty of gas, but you will not regret it. Most days we would be the only boat on the water with an occasional fisherman driving by.

+3 on the San Juan! We parked our houseboat in a cove between Escalante and San Juan and then depending on the day we would choose which one to go down. There are some fun sweeping turns down the San Juan too, well they were fun doing 70+ anyway!

I'll be there this weekend also. We'll be in Warm Creek on an owners houseboat launching weekend. I've had good water there and it's close by the Marinas. I'll keep an eye out for you lohe.

Dang someone else figured out the secret of staying between the two arms, I like staying in either ribbon canyon or cottonwood.

Mine is the forest green one. Will be my first time out for the year... Took it out once to Utah lake to test everything I put in over the winter( new cable, perfect pass, stereo, etc)

Picked up a full wet suit this week nothing is keeping me off the water this weekend.

I'll keep my eye out for your green machine.

You are one step ahead of me. I haven't even had time to test mine out yet. I hope it starts on the Lake?

I can't decide between a full or spring suit?

It is 62 degrees right now. Usually over 70 in early June. Probably not gonna make it at this rate.

It will be as warm as our Colorado Lakes get all summer long. Have fun and be safe.
