New Tige Surf Tabs for 2021/2022

Just saw on FB that Tige is installing NEW surf tabs (not GSA) for the newest builds. Any info on this? Better than GSA, same as GSA? Thoughts?

Hmmm. Perhaps they work as well (or better), but definitely do not look as robust as the currrent “GSA” tabs.

My 2021 RZX has the GSA tabs. I think the Z3 is getting these tabs.

Tige was trying to get away from paying royalties to GSA. They are a little bit longer and wider and without the channels/plate underneath. Might have a little less drag which is good.

Mid 2021 switch for all models.

Are they putting the exact same plate on all models or does each model get a slightly different shape?

I’m going to assume they’re all the same. Been that way with taps 3 and GSA.
