    Battery swap getting ready for this season and Tige Touch is now a blue screen. any ideas before i get raped by a dealer?

    Did you replace both batteries? yes they're new, but what the voltage of each battery?

        Did you put a meter on the batteries to test their static/at-rest voltage level?

          Solved the issue.
          John @ Tige replied to an email and instructed to unplug video cable coming from Medallion. flip main breaker. plug cable back in. all works as should again.
