z3/r23 back seat dimensions?

looking at doing a project to replace rear bench seat on 2018 r23 (or z3) with some sort of gator step replacement. might be temporary, but might make ir permanent if i like it. current seat vinyl is tearing at seam and per dealer is backordered for months so want to test this out.

anyways, looking for someone who's done this before (i seem to recall something like this having been done but can't find the thread), or if someone happens to have seat dimensions on hand or can get them easy (my boat is stored remote 2 hrs away).

Mine is cracking too. There are 2 almost 2inch long cracks in it. Only the rear seat has this issue....boat is at dealer now.

I would like to see Tige to make the back rest for the bench seat to fold down over the seat like a center console does in a lot of pickup trucks. The back portion of the back rest could have gator step on it and the couple inches higher the step would be would make it easier to step from the walkthrough to the seat. The fold could also be used as arms rest for passengers sitting on either side of it.
