Grebva3, Will do. I spend most of the day yesterday in the boat getting it cleaned up and I can already tell that I need to install some non-slip carpet backing in the bow. The mat doesn't move at all in the rhino-lined section but moves quite a bit in the bow. I'm gonna get this backing ordered up ASAP.

gumby, Thanks! I'm already ahead of you. I ordered 4 stainless cup holders to try them out and make sure they fit. 8 more already ordered from amazon. All of my old black cup holders fit very loosely and pop right out. Actually lost one while trailering a couple of weeks ago. How did you secure yours? The included double-sided tape probably won't hold for long. I've read that people silicone them in. I'm mainly concerned about my bow cup holders...when I fill my v-shaped bow ballast bag it puts pressure on the cup holders and pops them out. I could use 3m 4200 but that's pretty permanent.

I like the lead idea. I have some diy lead bags in the garage that I haven't used in a while, I'll give it a try.

Got the backing installed for the bow section and took the boat out last weekend. I'm really loving this material so far! Very soft on the feet. Time will tell how it feels in the extreme heat.

I pulled the mat out last week and took it to Wakulla mats to get the logo installed. I found the logo image below on google images and I like the 2-tone color idea so I'm going with a black Tige lettering with blue rooster tail. I should have some photos in a few days of the finished product.

Thanks all. I'm glad I found the idea for the 2-toned color option, the color combo is perfect for my boat.

What did you use for backing on the bow piece?

Grebva3, I used backing intended for rugs on hardwood floors. It looks like shelf liner but thicker.
