Taps plate transom screws won’t back out

Hi all. I’m installing an FAE on my 22ve and cannot get 3 of the 6 transom screws in the TAPS plate hinge to come out. They just spin. I’m trying to wedge a blade behind to help get some purchase but nothing is working. Any ideas on how to get these out?

Figured it out. The two upper, outboards are through bolts. Got them all out now.
