    I'm not one for government regulation, but I'm actually fine if my state adopts this law for inland lakes. Seems like a simple thing to do and potential to save lives and property. As BrentP said, just need to find an easier solution to slipping on and off. I'm sure it will be annoying the first month when I'm not used to it yet and pull it out everytime I get up from the captain chair, but after that it will be second nature and will only takes a quick second.

      I think your spot on here. The sad reality is if we caught a bad wave in a weird way and the unthinkable happened, I’m happy the boat would shut off. It’s so unlikely I get the hesitance but it’s a simple solution...


      This reminds me to get on Amazon or overtones today and figure something out.
