2008 22ve Bilge Pump Electrical

Hi there, replacing the stock rule 500 bilge pump with a rule 800. The new pump says requires 5amp fuse. Found the fuse at the battery will change it up from the 3amp. Now thinking might or should also change in the under driver fuse / breaker box as shows 3amp. Fair to assume this needs to happen? If so anyone know the part number i should order up before dissassembly. Thx in advance.

Could you not use a normal breaker and just change the ends on the wire?

A straight spade terminal would jam against the BUS bar that the original breaker's terminal screws to.

Ok all done, Blue Seas part number 2130 is a 5amp breaker with 2x90degree screw terminals. Replaced the spade connector on the wiring harness bilge pump wire with blue 14-16 ring terminal. Reassembled and replaced the auto bilge wire fuse at battery box with 5amp. I believe that is it and should be ready for testing.
