You will need to get the glass and frame likely as one piece and then have it tinted by a local installer. Can't remember offhand who the manufacturer was in 12. Probably PCMW or Taylot/Bonnet

Do you need the starboard piece, port piece, or center walkthru. If walk-through then there are some easy and cheap options

I need the center walk through piece that folds down nicely under the cushion. The one that blocks the wind totally. Not the actually window glass. Sorry should have been more descriptive.

Contact your dealer. Mine didn't come with one and my dealer ordered one in for me.

I'd take a few measurements and go to a plastics supplier to have one cut. they are nothing more than a piece of tinted acrylic.
not sure what tige charges but no reason why it should cost more than $1
