I have a hard time believing there's no one in your area for less than 26K though unless you're in downtown LA and can't leave the city limits.
Call the local marinas/boat dealers and ask who does their upholstery work

I had mine done for just over $2k a few years ago, but the guy admitted he should have charged double what he did. I had every piece of vinyl replaced in my 08 RZ4.
