    Brand New Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Hi guy we are picking up our new puppy this weekend.
We still don't have a name for HER yet.
Wondering if you guys had some Strong Female Names that we could consider.
Our last one was a male and he died in 2016 of old age at 14 years old
    His name was Roger.

We are in our summer here in Melbourne Australia and we used our 2000 21i for 3 week straight and with 670 hours on her she preformed
flawlessly, mainly slalom and kids just starting to wake board and wake skate as well.
The only thing letting mine down now is the interior seat cushions are needing recovering other wise for a 21 year old boat she goes great and myself, wife and 3 kids love using

When I think of strong females, I think Norsewomen so I like:

    Hilda - means "the fighter"
    Astrid - means "beautiful, loved"

Glad to hear about your pup bud!

I lost a female “Athena” rottie this year. I may even recycle that name at some point. She was a great dog.

Saving “Samara” for one of my future dogs. Which is that scary *** chick from The Ring.

Used to train with a dog named “Dika”, pronounced like deeka. She was a Shepard and about the toughest dog I ever came across. Always thought it was a cool name though.

Let us know what you decide!

And I’m pretty damn jealous of summer right now, but knowing this is all lake water makes it a little more tolerable.

Our welsh terrier we had put down last month was named Flumpit. Many beers and an iphone naming app came up with that.

Current welshie is named Navit. Means lovely or pleasant but moreso it rhymes with flumpit and my old old welsh named Kermit The Dog....

Good luck and enjoy the summer

Great names you guys have suggested
            We are going for ROXY

The snow covered ground looks so good as where we are in Melbourne Australia , our lowest is probably about 6 Celsius during winter
I have always wanted to do a Christmas with my wife and kids in the snow one year
I will post a pic or her when we pick her up
She will have to get used to the boat as when she’s older she will be in it with us as well

Buddy had a Roxy that was a great dog, and I always liked that name. Good pick!!

Our rottie is always on our boat with us, and has been since he was a pup. One of my lead bags is his tie down, since he wants to jump in the water anytime me or any kid is in there. He’s tried to jump out to me while I’ve been surfing a few times, which is a terrible habit.

And for the winter thing, the snow is fun for a minute, but gets old quick. We need it here, or our lakes are just dirt, which you might guess isn’t optimum boating conditions.

Congrats on the new family member!

Only dog that will ever be allowed on my boat, he hides under the dash or sits in the bow the entire time and is extremely calm.

Great shot @bsreid!! I’d you’re expecting a nice mellow dog, I better leave Mack home when I get you down her. He thinks he’s supposed to sit in everyone’s lap!!

                    We’re in Reno, Nevada, AussieJohn

If you’re ever in our neck of the woods, we’ll be happy to take you guys out. We give it our best at having some fun on the water!!

Not much point in coming to the US right now, it’s pretty lame these days. Exact reason I can’t wait for lake season, even more than usual. It’s the one place where everyone isn’t a psychopath.

I have a beagle too, that I put a vest on, but not on the rottie. He’s tied to a lead bag, a lot of the time, because if people are in the water, he wants to be in, too.

You should be able to push that button, to add a photo. Mine wouldn’t work, at one point, and I realized my access to my photos was off. Check your Tapatalk in your settings, and make sure your photo access is clicked on “all photos”.

We’re in the worst part of our year, right now. Snow, wind, sun, rain, below freezing a bunch of the time. The only thing I like about this time of year, is storing some lake water in the mountains. Snow is cool for a few days, but it becomes a big PIA after that!!
