    Is this a stock Prop?

    I have a 2008 RZ2.

Yes, with that dia and pitch, I believe that is stock.

On a 2008, it would have been an ACME 537 with a 13.5D and 16.0P. I do not see an ACME thats a 13.5D x 15.5P, so that could be an OJ. Close in spec and performance to the stock prop though.

chpthril would this prop be able to handle a total of 1500-2000 lbs of ballast plus 3-4 people?

You will likely find that loaded with ballast and people, you will reach the limits of that prop. I would consider an upgrade.

chpthril Thank you. I see Wakemakers recommend a 1433, but a lot of people use a 1235. Your thoughts/recommendation. Although I’ll be doing mostly wakesurfing, I also don’t want to hinder top end to get to other parts of the lake. Elevation is 1,000 ft above sea level.

How are you setting up the boat to surf, weight distribution?

chpthril at this point just 800-1000 lbs in each rear locker. No weight in the front. Typically just 2 people in the boat. Driver, Passenger and surfer.

Sounds like you are using a wake device of sorts. With the boat mostly evenly weighted aft and none in the bow, id go with the 1235. it will ding you a few MPHs on the top end, but I think its worth it to have the larger dia prop with that attitude.

had the 1235 on several boats and love that prop. was on my old 22ve which is same hull as the rz2.
also had it on our z3 and supra launch 20 and would use it again in a heartbeat.
