    M2 tower strength

The tower met with a garage header. Amazingly the tower is fine. Glass and gelcoat lost the battle though!!

Bow eye got bent too in a storm. Had to cut a hole behind the backrest upholstery to access the nuts and remove it. Rough 1st year for this one(its a 2020).

that wouldn't bother me much as once the upholstery panel is back in, you won't see it. I shouldn't send you what I did to fix my stereo issue then. troubleshot 15 ways from sunday and never could get the clear screen to run my 2 amps I added so I'm in the middle of installing a fusion headunit above the throttle/armrest right under the side window. figure fusion makes stereos where clear makes boat electronics. sure the sound coming out of the fusion will be much improved over the sound coming out of the clear unit.

tried replacing rca's. tried both with and without the bt420 in the loop. tried noise filters with and without the 420. tried another amp. I finally decided it must be that I'm using non-wetsounds amps for the other 2 and system doesn't like them. they are arc amps which have the same internal designs as WS just not conformal coated.

oh well. fusion unit offers much more flexibility than the clear tuner so we'll be happy with it.......

Not that it matters at this point, but I have two JL Amps and they work great with the clear screen. Why didn’t you try replacing the screen?

everything else works great. it was interesting in that hooking it all up the factory amp came on and not the other 2. pull the rca's off the ws and plug into either and they work. plug one of the non working rca's into the ws and it fires right up. turn off and back on and only ws comes back on. the whole thing was odd..... even ran new rca's and same issue. just points more fingers at the clear screen being solid software to run a boat but not audio.

I don't have a "local" dealer. prestige is 8hrs and germaine has 3 dealerships all 4+hrs away. not worth the drive. would have spent half the monies I spent on the fusion unit in gas going back and forth and put mileage/wear/tear on everything. likely only to have a dealer tell me we can't replace since you are trying to hook up "nonsupported" components. system works fine with single htx6.
advantage now if the screen dies at some point I can say it wasn't due to hooking up nonsupported amps as they are all wired outside clear.
