Looking at switching from R23 to ATX 24. Want the taps 3t, go surf, pickle fork and taller freeboard. Anyone have any experience with differences in ride? Pros and cons? Tia!

I have a 2019 R23 Taps3. I have surfed behind the ATX22 last year and the stock ATX wave was better than the stock R23. It would be interesting to ride the ATX with an extra 900lbs of lead like I use on my R23.

I would definitely jump from r23 to an atx 24. Bigger overall boat and the interior is pretty similar to the r series anyways. And regarding surf wave, I’m not afraid to say the atx 24 is one of tiges best surfing boats right now.
