    2008 24VE Low Rider

First time poster! I recently purchased a 2008 24VE. I noticed the first time we took it out that the swim platform was fully submerged (probably 2-3 inches under the water line). Ballast tanks were empty, bilge was dry. Boat is also pretty sensitive to weight distribution. Anyone have experience with what might be causing this?

Is there lead in it somewhere? No balast my swim platform is just touching or maybe half an inch above the bottom lip. 2-3 inches free floating seems way low.

The brackets don’t look modified do they?

Could the last owner have hidden some lead?

Thanks folks! Brackets look good. Just reached out to the previous owner to see if there’s any lead hidden. We’ll see...

I just purchased a 2008 24VE and noticed the same thing. By the time I was getting ready to pull the boat and inspect the brackets, the platform was gone. I would check it before it is too late.
Does anyone have recommendations on where to purchase a replacement platform?
