How to remove Rev 10 from tower?

Wet Sounds has agreed to replace the shells on my Rev 10s due to defective paint that is chipping off. I removed the small square access panel and looked inside. Looks like there are two bolts - one appears accessible with a wrench, the other maybe not.

Is there a trick to easily removing these speakers?

The boat is a 2018 RZX2 with the Alpha E2 power tower.

I did the same for the same issue on 2017 Z1 Rev 10's with E2 tower.
You have to take grille off first, remove speaker second. Do not pull on horn very hard, break the seal around speaker basket / housing and it will come out easily. Disconnect wires from speaker, remember color and location of wires, then you will be able to reach both bolts inside the housing. When you have housing down you can unscrew the circuit board from the housing...Then just reverse everything for the reinstall.
Really was not a bad project. Did not take long either.

I was thinking the grill probably need to come off, but didn’t want to go through the trouble if that wasn’t right.
