ZX vs RZX Wakeboard AND Wakesurf

Hi guys - looking to trade my 2016 Z3 for a ZX or RZX 23'.

We mostly surf, but I still want to wakeboard. The Z3 was not very good for wakeboarding.

Can someone comment on how the RZX is for wakeboarding?

Andrew’s wakeboard wake is the best I’ve seen. He runs a ton of weight and in order to make it happen you need the new quick launch system or the 575 engine.

I’ve rode with him multiple times on both a demo 23ZX and my own personal RZX3 and both were stock ballast with the standard 440 Raptor

Thanks guys, David, sounds like you're a fan of the wakeboard wake of the RZX? I've got 500lbs lead, so i can make adjustments, will probably come back with how you optimize the settings for a good wakeboard wake.... we'll see.

I've ridden with Andrew and can confirm the dude rips. I can't put words in his mouth, but I believe his wakeboard boat of choice is the RZX3 and he runs the 440 motor. Or maybe he just runs whatever the factory gives him lol!

Pulling the trigger on the 23 RZX, rode it this weekend, has larger plug n play bags, but awesome wake for both WB & WS.
