Engine will not warm up

suddenly this weekend, my ‘14 Indmar 5.7 350hp, won’t warm up over 110. I believe the gauge to be accurate because the heater was only temperate, not hot like usual. It was only 55 degrees this morning, got to love Labor Day. I of course assume thermostat stuck open. Anybody with other ideas before I open it up?

Better stuck open the stuck closed. At least you can use it
