TAPS 3 not working

2017 rzx2 185 hours. Just took boat for service and to looks at taps. Wake wasn’t transferring from left to right while running. They updated softalware and stood behind the bot and said it was working fine.
took it out tonight for the first time and it doesn’t work
fine. I can get the right side to
work and when I transfer left just wash.
ballast full like always. 10.8-11.1 mph didn’t matter. Turned boat off and restarted cpu as well. I could get it to work
a little and then it would stop.
How do
i post a video? This stillshot is at 10.8 mph 4/4 left.
taps and surf from 2-6 didn’t really matter. Actuator going out? Any thoughts would be great. Thanks

It's likely the actuator on the right side is bad. It may go up and down seemingly just fine on the trailer with no load, but under load it will fail. You can test this by putting the tab down and they try to lift it back up by hand. This is a very common known problem. If your dealer is too busy, Tige will (did for me) send you an actuator. They are not hard to install yourself.

Might be left (port) actuator if the right( STBD) side wave would not form.

I had the same issue with my ‘18 RZX2.

If you change the actuator(s) yourself, know that you can remove the floor panels below your plug n play ballast bags (above the subfloor ballast) to gain easy access to the actuator wires. If I had known that when I swapped out my actuators it would have saved me quite a bit of frustration.

Another vote for bad actuator, easy swap out.
