    Tige power issue (No Power)

I check the battery to get ready to go and turned on the blower and everything was ready to go! Then I turned ignition and everything went dead and boat did not start or turn over. No power to boat at all now. Is there a battery breaker or any ideas what happened? The boat has been running great and again battery is fully charged.

    Thanks,

    Brian

Whats your year and model?? Was switch in on position or combine?? You should have an inline fuse on the purple wire near the kill switch. Worth checking. Its in a black plastic holder that you pull the cap off.

    Do you have a multimeter??

2013 R20-So I turned on the blower and lowered the boat into the water. Put key in ignition to start and turned it. Nothing happened so I checked to make sure it was in neutral and turned switch again then realized no blower anymore and no power to anything. I checked the kill switch and it seemed to be ok. I do have a multimeter. I checked the main fuses under the dash they all seem to be ok. Is there a circuit breaker amp near the battery on my boat that has to be reset? I just bought it a few months ago so I am a newbie but trying to learn. I changed one of the pop breakers for my bilge pump and put in a brand new battery so far. I will check that purple wire and fuse tomorrow. Does the kill switch also kill the blower?

Ok I got it fixed! It was the battery shut off switch. I heard Blue Sea switches can fail a lot. So here is how I checked it. I used a 12 volt light detector with a ground wire. I first teste battery all good. Then I checked the red line leaving the battery and it was good. Then I checked the red cable leaving the shut off switch no power. Took off the red cable going to shut off switch and placed it on the other side of switch with the outgoing other red and there you have it power to the entire boat. I heard Blue Seas will maybe send me a free switch so I will buy one to get boat going and then see if I can send them the bad one so I have another laying around.
