Pretty sure it is made by EControls. I doubt you'll get one from Amazon but I've been wrong before.
This is a wil guess but the pucks are just 4 wire. Power, ground, can hi, can lo. Theres a chance something else might work but never tried it or asked.... -
I have never seen another work. I warn you, they are very expensive to replace. If you are trying to do a GPS conversion for a 2014 or older, I would suggest these guys:
