Just an idea....but original owner said stock from Tige....when whar he meant to say "What his dealer rigged the boat with". I cant remember but at some point Tige paired with Wakemakers and those are the stock PNPs. Before that we got all of our RZXs bare and we picked the bags. We went with Sumo brand. Guessimg original dealer rigged the boat with the Fat Sac brand bags.....but thats just a guess.

Even in 2018 the Fat Sac bags had four ports on them.

        Ahhh, yes. You’re probably right.

Like i said on the first page, the original PNP optioned boats, just had plumbing. Tige did not offer a sac. I think 2019 may...........have been the first year with OEM supplied sacs? I know the 2020s have them from the factory.

As free noted, they would have been aftermarket by dealer or buyer.

Thanks chp and free for making sense of this.

I’m wondering now if the water I’m losing from the port side ballast is escaping through the vent hose. With my current bags, the vent hose is near the top of the back end of the bag, but not on the top of the bag like it should be. Next time I’m on the water I’ll check for water loss through the vent hose. If that’s the case, I’ll likely just order new bags from Wakemakers.

Wake Makers and Fly High make the correct PnP bags for your boat.

WakeMakers was making the "stock" Pnp bags for that boat IIRC

I was wrong about water loss through the vent hose. I filled the ballast at the dock. It still lost a lot of water while sitting at the dock. The bilge area starting accumulating water. So I’m clearly leaking water into the boat from the ballast, I just can’t figure out from where. There is no detectable leak from the PnP bag or it’s connections. I removed the floor under the PnP and also the panel above the front portion of the subfloor bag. I then fully filled the subfloor bag. Still couldn’t find where it was coming from. Not sure what else to do at this point. I guess I need to take it to a shop, but I bought the boat used from a Mastercraft dealer 12 hours away and I don’t have a Tige dealer or any other reputable shop anywhere within a reasonable distance.

I would keep cycling the fill pump while checking all the hose connections. This adds a bit more pressure to the system. If you are sure its not from the above floor sac and fittings, then it has to be the sub-floor.

Yeah I need to figure out a way to fill the PnP bag and still be able to see in the rear subfloor area. When the PnP bag was full (but losing water) I thought I could hear water leaking in the subfloor area. So maybe it’s something with the hose between the subfloor bag and the rear of the PnP bag, but as you said, it probably needs more pressure in the system to become visible. I’ll keep searching and troubleshooting before I resort to trailering it’s somewhere.

Take the above floor sacs out and return the plumbing to how it was leaving the factory.

I thought about doing that. But I have to cap off one of the hoses and connect the other hose to the vent hose. If I don’t do that, I don’t think it will build up the necessary pressure in the system to detect the leak??? Didn’t have an extra cap or coupler to make those connections today.

Edit: I guess I don’t have to connect to the vent hose (it may just leak a little bit into the boat). But I would need to cap off the other hose I think.

As was joked about on another thread....check any hoses that run near the transom where you installed your GSA and lights. Holes have been poked in hoses before as the drill bit comes thru the transom.

Even the ASR which started PNP bags in Tiges had 4 ports.
                                Oh Yeah!
