My Covid Project...

We have been working towards this for a couple years. WE invested in a family boat and knew it was time to protect it. It ended up taking a about a year longer than planned, had a builder that went awol in the planning stages .

Anyway, we are working on finishing touches. We broke ground the second week of April, and we had my daughter's graduation party in there the second week of June. Just put up my board rack today and remembered that I have yet to post anything. The boat is not in there showing the rack as it is in the shop...

What size is the garage door? Height of ceiling and pitch of roof? A shop just like this has been in my plans for some time....gonna so the wife these pics....

door is a 16x11
2x6 walls are 12'4" off the foundation, The 2x6 were not precuts so we just evened them off and left as much length *** we could.
Roof is 12/4
interior walls are osb. 3 coats of primer sprayed on. 2 coats of paint sprayed on and back rolled.

I am in it all the time...Builder tried to talk me into hvac but I did not want to add it pay the extra, past 2 weeks in the mid 90's I am wondering if maybe I should have,,,need to add a ceiling fan if anyone have any recommendatins that would be great for a big area!

nice shed... I'd love to have that in my back yard....

our garage is almost 900sqft and has a pretty big swamp cooler in the attic. does a decent job keeping it in the 80's during our 110 spells but it's humid. might look at that if it gets real hot. it runs on 220 so it's a decent unit and was installed thru a pull down stairwell so doesn't need a ton of install room once you disassemble to put up there.

fans, big a$$ fans makes some great units with some decent wingspans that will move some serious air but frankly I'd look for a couple nice 52" or 60" fans. a pair would move quite a bit of air in that space.
