    Panel Material

What does everyone recommend to use to fabricate new panels for lockers. I would also like the some more U shaped brackets for the floor. Thanks

When I made new panels for my 07 RZ2 I just used decent 3/4 inch plywood I had sitting around from some other project. I coated them with a thin layer of resin to seal them good, then coated them with bedliner for a truck. The side that faces into the lockers got matching carpet. Instead of the U brackets at the bottom I used 1” aluminum C channel I found at the hardware store. I’ve been using these for 4 or 5 years now and they look exactly the same as when I first made them. Some people will say you need Marine grade plywood, but if you can seal the wood some way I don’t think it’s necessary.

If you make new panels make each side into 2 panels rather than one big one. It’s way easier to get them in and out for maintenance that way rather than fighting with one big panel.

3/4" HDPE would be my choice.
