I had to chime in here... First - Thank You to the guy who made the original post, I know it sucks to have to come on here and write down a list of stuff that isn't working on your boat. I would also like to add that unfortunately, I will also not be buying another Tige. I really like the look of our boat and so does my wife. However, we have had a lot of quality issues since owning the boat for the past couple of years. Ballast filling issues, screen issues, static issues, transmission issues, engine error codes, Tige label pealing off, I could go on and on. I know others will say the other boat manufacturers have the same issues but I follow several forums and Tige has BY FAR the most complaints followed by Malibu. My neighbor at the lake had to sell his R21 he was having so many issues, now has an Axis that he loves. Also, the local dealer support is not what it should be, the shop looks like a used car maintenance facility, dark, dingy and cramped. Bottom line, I love the look of a Tige, but they have a long way to go in quality to catch some of the top brands.

This isn’t my fight. But some of the posts blow my mind! These boat are all over 100k. This guys boat is 150k. It is f&*cking ridiculous that people are saying “new boats have issues” And defending the manufacturers. I agree things can happen. But the manufacturers should be testing these boats and making sure they are 100% before they leave the factory. Any new boat owner has every right to be pissed when there are issues with their new boat. Don’t defend the manufacturers. Don’t be accepting of mistakes. They are all charging a premium price and should make sure their s&$t works.

I’ve grown increasingly frustrated with my 2019 RZX3 as well. My dealer support hasn’t been near as good this year now that I’m in year two of ownership. I’ve had mine in for warranty repairs on 10+ occasions for at least 15 issues since taking delivery in February 2019. Just last week my tower arrived that had to be replaced because it was cracked. 4 days later I get the boat back on Friday just in time for our last summer trip to a lake 2 hours away. I go to lower the tower and a bolt comes shooting out and the tower gets stuck and out of alignment. Chipped the brand new paint job on the tower and I have a boat that can’t be used. I was luckily enough to have a good relationship with the mechanic since I tipped him $100 because I thought he got the boat ready to go before the weekend. He came over and got the bolt into the hole and the tower aligned but you can clearly see if it was never threaded properly from the start. Now I have a tower that’s locked into the upright position until more parts arrive. This was the straw that broke the camels back for me. Mine is up for sale as well.

David, that first picture is of the NEW tower? It was replaced due to cracked welds? This was a known issue on the 2017s when they first came out, but as I understand it they changed Mfr's and it was okay after that. In your first picture you can clearly see 4 pinholes and possibly a 5th right on the corner. Any one of these would cause it to fail a weld inspection because they will allow new cracks to form. Keep a sharp eye on it as you continue to use it.
