2003 23v taps problem

I have the Lenco single taps Electric actuator, when I power On the taps system the actuator extends through it start up routine but then won’t stop. Keeps running and running. Thought it was the actuator, replaces it but still does the same thing. Any ideas? Where is the module located? I cant seem to be able to find it. Any help much appreciated!

Module is a square plastic box thats often mounted to the kick panel. Im guessing that the switch side of the circuit is the issue.
