I don’t typically fold up my bimini top at the end of the day unless I know I’m not going to be using the boat for a while. But this year, every time it rains, water gets in between the layers and collects inside the cover. I then have to remove it and let it slowly drain through the seams. This never happened last season. Not sure why it’s happening this year unless there is a seem that came apart somewhere that I cannot easily see.
I tried spraying it with Starbrite waterproofing spray a couple weeks ago, but this didn’t help (didn’t really expect it to, but it was worth a try).
Has anyone else had this problem. Any solutions short of folding up the Bimini every time rain is expected?
