2004 22V Rider Wakeboard Racks

The way the board racks on my 2004 22V mount they stick up above the tower. You have to stand on the seats to reach the boards and its a problem with a shore station and canopy. I dont want to have to invest in new racks.....has anyone found a way to retro fit these to mount somewhere else?

Would love to hear some ideas.

Love your boat.I love the black tower. I have the same racks as you can see. they can be a bit of a pain to get the boards down and they drip on you when they are up there. that being said I kind of like them up there because they do not block my view.What color bimini do you have? got any pics with it open?

I had an 05 with the same tower. I bought a monster rack and put it on the tube. Never thought of trying to move the stock racks. Monster might be cheaper. I was the only one tall enough to get boards out easily from those.
