    New owner, used boat

I just purchased a 2001 2100V Limited. It is in nice condition with only 23 hrs on it.

    1. The previous owner never had an owners manual. Is there such an animal? If so, does anyone know where I can get such an animal?

    2. I'm assuming the 350 MPI requires at least 89 octane, but anyone have justification for 89 or 91?

    3. I'd like to find a bimini top (one of the small fixed ones). Anyone have experience with this?

    4. I'd appreciate any feedback anyone has for a new Tige owner - already found the support group for previous IO owners and learning to steer in reverse.

    Thanks all!

Welcome aboard and congrats on the new boat.

    1. Call Tige to get an owners manual for your boat.

    2. Why spend more on gas when the 350 MPI does fine with regular. My understanding is that higher octane does no justification to the engine (maybe Tige MD will let us know)

    3. Check the Classifieds for biminis or go here

Congrats on the new boat! Where are you located? Do you have a tower?
