None of which I find all that shocking other than coppertone...

            Me trying a flip...

Funny how there are 360 degrees in a flip and 340 degrees just won't cut it. Gotta love how I ditch the rope even before I am off the wake!

Definitely try holding onto the rope with that back roll. Keep two hands on it and hold it at your waist. That should help you rotate around that point. In that second picture instead of your back moving so far to the rear, it would have helped kick your board out from under neath you generating more momentum throughout the rest of the flip.

Also it looks like your using a water ski line, that rope has a lot more spring to it. For the kids it probably great, but if your trying flips I'd get a wakeboard line for sure.

Thanks Joe. I will give it a try. Any suggestions on a good line or line with handle package?

I've always liked Straight Line ropes. I've got an older ARi handle with an Union Grip (the bars in this system are interchangeable). I really do like that grip, and its held up nicely to the beating I've given it. I've got the Fire Wire line which is buoyant (so when the GF is driving she doesn't run over the rope).

For everything its each their own, I'd go to a shop and just grab a few handles and tug on them. See how they feel, (diameter and grip are probably the to biggest things). I hate riding with gloves, so cumfy & durable grips are key for me. You can even use your handle if you like, and just interchange it with the new line.

We have the same board your daughter is riding

How old is your son? Those are great pics of him in the air

Thanks! Meghan is 8 and Nathan is 11. He is really getting some good air. That one pic is him doing a pretty big wake 180. I think he built some good strength during lacrosse this year.

                          That's fantastic!

What camera/lens do you use? The shots look great!

I will ask my brother on the camera details. Not my department... I think it has 1.21 jiga-watts or something!
