    WOW!!

So glad your ok. This forum is very supportive and has amazing members. You are not long winded, and have a positive attitude on life. Keep it up. The human body can overcome so many obsticles, trust me I know. If you know you can do something, keep trying till you get to that point. Dr.'s are not always right, There is a higher power, and believe in positive thoughts, those last two mean all the difference between life and death!

Speedy recovery and hope your on the water again soon!!

Had the exact circumstances 10 years ago but only massive hematoma to left arm. 2 months off work and arm still aches. Hope and pray all goes well with your recovery.

I have a friend at my church who is a middle aged man and novice at skiing. He somehow managed to get his leg in the handle all the way up past his knee on a fall. It messed his leg up for a while, so I could see how and arm could get ripped up bad. I am so glad the boys knew how to save your life.

Holy chit. That's incredible. Glad to hear your recovery is coming along. I totally second DOMS thought. Doctors aren't always right and keep trying to you have reached the point that makes you happy and content.
---v^---v^---v^_____---v^---v^ For a second there. I was bored to death!!

Just out having a good day with the kids and this happens.... I'm so sorry... On the good side you were liven life and haven fun. If I ‘got to go’ that’s the way I want it to go down “trying to do a double up” or something like. It's better than most ways I've seen (if there is “better”). After may last one, that needed someone else’s’ parts (added to mine), I decided I’m happy I didn’t know how bad I could get hurt because I would have just sat on the couch and died fat and scared. Sorry for all the pain and I pray you find a new style even better than the last. There is fun even with loss of range of motion. I had me some of that fun today on the lake.

Thanks for sharing your tale, Paublo. I know I'll be more aware of how my family, guests, and I will manage the handle. BTW, my wife gives your pic two thumbs up (she's a trauma nurse and a burn victim)

Best wishes on your difficult recovery.

Thanks for sharing your story with us. Maybe it will make some other people be reminded of what can happen while boating and be more careful. Hope your recovery goes well.
