I will down at Wahweap the same week. Diesel, are you going to be up north? We may make the trek a ways up lake this time and stay near Dangling Rope.

We usually go the second to last week in Aug, however,we may take another week in June. If it's the same week as you guys I'll let you know. We leave out of Wahweap and go to gunsight(marker 19) or dungeon canyon (marker 42) next to dangling rope.

Same here, we are starting in Wahweap this time to check it out. Have never started at that end and dont really know where to go. We rented two Navigators.

Is that where the good water is?

We were at gunsight last year and we had great water. The nice thing about gunsight is it's real close to the marina (Antelope or Wahweap). Dungeon canyon is pretty sweet also and it's really close to dangling rope but it will take longer to get there and back. You can't go wrong with either spot.

Are any of you guys going to be in powell may 17-24, I'm graduating from CSU on the 14th and doing a big grad party in powell. We will have a houseboat out of Bullfrog so we wont be making it too far down lake!!
