Very small market, though. Not enough to tool up anything.

I have ordered a set of Samson Sports Alpha Z racks for our new Tige RZR. I think that they are a nicer operating rack and the release handle is cool. Had a set of none swivel "static" racks on the old boat, and it's just not that fun to get the straps around two boards hanging outside the boats.

Which Samson racks fit the Alpha Z tower? I just looked at their website and didn't see any mention of Alpha Z or Tige at all.

"Tige Typhoon Boardrack" Same as the Illusion X/XS Typhoon rack, just different mount to fit the Alpha-Z.

The same company that built the illusion x tower also makes the alpha z tower and if you see accessories that fit the illusion they generally fit the alpha z tower as well. If you scroll down the accessories racks page you will see this:

            Tige Typhoon Boardrack – $630 - $655
We have taken our world class Typhoon rack and designed it to mount directly on to your Tige Alpha tower. Pull on the release handle and the boards will swing into the boat effortlessly. No more holding any buttons down are removing any pins. The rack will allow for a full 180 degrees of rotation. When you push the rack back into place, it will lock into position. The Tige Typhoon rack will come with everything needed to bolt-on to your Alpha tower in less than 2 minutes using the factory holes Available in wake/wake, wake/surf and surf/surf.

              Thanks, I missed that.

Oh well, I have two brand new static board racks bought and paid for. I think I'll stick with them, though I must say my wife nearly bought a Nautique instead of a Tige based solely on its swivel racks. She REALLY likes them.

I like swivel racks but the Samson racks seem easier to use than the Tige racks I have on my boat.
