    Infant Life Jacket

So we have a new baby at our house as of this past January, but don't plan on it keeping us off the water if we can help it

Do you all have recommendations on infant life jackets you have tried?

We used the HO sports I got it from costco 2 years ago.

I will see if I have a pic.

I have heard good things about a neoprene infant jacket by Stearns. I think they have a side zipper, so you don't get the zipper rubbing on their neck/chin. Not sure where to find them, though.

We used some basic nylon ones...I don't recommend that if you plan to have them on the water very much.

We bought a few infant vests from Bass Pro last year...I think they were Body Glove...but not sure.

Just picked one up at Sams yesterday for our 9 month old. The wife took her to the pool today and said it worked great.

We bought that same one from costco, It works a lot better now that my little girl is almost two, but when she was but from 3-12 months it was a little big. It would push up against her cheeks and she couldnt move her head. I had seen someone else that had a little different one that I thought I would like to get when we have another kid, but now I cant remember where they got it.

Yeah, that's the problem with the hand-me-downs from the our other little ones. They were over 12mos, so their vests are a little big for a 2month old. Wish we could find a floating carseat

Here is the Stearns neo. I don't have personal experience with it, just heard that some like it due to the zipper placement.

$30 at Target - you may be able to find it cheaper elsewhere.

Dingle, we ordered that Stearns jacket off Amazon. It was about the same price as Target, but Target says could take up to 4wks to ship. Should be here from Amazon by Tuesday
