So I'm just about to get the boat ready for the Spring, and wanted to get yalls thoughts on service for it.

We bought the boat last September and ran it about 10 times before putting it away for the winter. It ran great

I'm planning to get the oil changed and a tune up.

Should I have the impeller changed too? I'm not sure the last time the previous owner changed it. Is that something I can do myself? No clue really what or where the impeller is. I just know it's important

If in doubt about the impeller, you need to change it. You should be able to do it yourself and I think that one of our TO members did a write up on the how-to.
