    Tige @ Columbia Boat Show

Just got back from the Columbia Boat Show and I would have to say Tige/Gunnell's Marine would have to win best of show at the show. Mark Gibbs from Tige was a world of knowledge and helped Gwen Gunnells sell me a new wake surf. If you happen to goto the show the first building to the right is the only building you will have to go in. The rest are pontoon boats and center con. boats. The tige touch really makes me want a 2010. Thanks Mark and Gwen.

I bought my 2009 RZ2 from Barney and Gwen last summer. They are a top notch dealer and represent Tige well. When I got my boat, my alpha z tower has a few chips in it from the factory because the tolerances were too tight. Since it was cosmetic in nature, they said to use the boat during the season and they would fix it when I brought it in for winterization. They fixed it and it looks great. I went and saw their 2010 and I agree it is awesome. I was jealous of the new ballast design and touch screen, but the boss was not hip on upgrading after one year. So Barney and Joe at Gunnells worked with me to come up with a mod to get more automated ballast. They are finishing up on adding extra pumps for additional fat sacs to my existing stock ballast tanks. They got Tige fill/empty switches to replace the auxillary switches on the dashboard, so everything is done from the drivers seat. No additional holes were drilled in the hull because they used brass tee's on the existing inlet for the extra fill pumps and plastic tee's on the existing drain/vent lines. Just talked to Chpthrill and he has some custom sacs designed to fill the v drive locker that don't extend past the wood block that protects the fuel lines as I would like to preserve some storage space under the seats. Will post some pics when I get the boat back.
Cannot wait to wake surf this summer.

How was the foot traffic? Our show opened at noon today and was pretty decent for being a Thursday.

              Goose,

Great meeting you and your boys at the show and look forward to hearing about you enjoying your new board behind your Tige Boat. If I can ever do anything for you, give me a shout or shoot me an email. Also let me know about that manual for your boat and I will try to get you one if you can't get it. Have fun this summer and keep having fun in your Tige.
