If someone provided an answer to a question, why would expect a response from someone else that would only provide you the same answer?

Personally, I don't think Charlie emailed the OP back because an answer was already provided. It wasn't covered.

Sorry, not trying to start an arguement but trying to provide a response that should be known. Also, I am sorry that the OP has issues with his boat.

Ditto: My experience with Tige has been fantastic. Real people looking to help their owners.

(Getting ready to poke the beehive here...and just curious)

Can you be more specific on where your boat was, how long you left your boat in the water, at which lake, and did you have any cover/shade/top on it? I'm more curious than accusatory...

There isn't a boat company today that gelcoat blistering wouldn't have happen to. That includes Mastercraft, Nautique, Supra, Malibu, ...

You do hear of a few boat companies that will honor their warranties for gelcoat but blistering is one issue that really is a flip of the coin with each company.

One of my customers with a brand new CC 216 back in 2006, left it in our lake for a month and it blistered the whole bottom, CC would not cover it under warranty and it was only 10 months old.
Its always been known that you cant leave a boat in the water for long periods of time with out a bottom coat .
