    Removing seats for re-upholstery?

I've got a 2001 2300V and was hoping to get my seats to my vinyl guy this week. I had assumed the back rests of the rear seats simply bolted thru the glass. Problem is, they aren't and I've got no clue how to remove them.

Anyone happen to know how Tige secures them?

Thinking maybe they have some kind of fastener. I didn't want to yank on them too hard as they are held very securely.

Oh, I did see stainless steel screws protruding through the back side of the glass. Maybe 6 on each side of the rear seats. However, I have no clue how to access the screw heads (assuming these screws are directly securing the seatback).

you can access the screw heads between the two pieces cushions in the back rest. Mine came out as one piece. Just reach in between the two and you will find the screws. You need an exstention on your screw driver if using a drill. I have a 2001 21v with split cushions on the backrest

I think some are between the welting and the cushion as well. Just have to separate and look well inbetween. Dogbert did this and said some were very hard to find. By the way all, where has he been lately? Haven't seen him around in a while.
