Clarion uses a proprietary connector and data line for their remotes, so only a Clarion head unit will work. The above units are the Clarions that will interface with that head unit. The only on that is a current model is the CMD5, but all the others can be found on the internet fairly easily.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

There are some functional differences between the CMD4 and CMD5, but I believe the biggest was Blue Tooth for the 5.
You can use a simple cable with a pair of RCA's on one end and a 3.5MM headphone jack on the other or get the Clarion CCA-Ipod interface. It will give you full control of the Ipod through the head unit (on the 5, but not on the 4 if I remember) and will charge the Ipod *NOTE* The CCA_Ipod does not work with all Ipods. It will work with all the Clarions that have a CNet connection, but not all the head units allow for the same level of Ipod control.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More
