I'm not one to make resolutions, but I hope 2010 is better the the last 2 yrs.

No resolutions... but I always refer to Dylans "Forever Young" for inspiration for the New Year.

To get back to a comfortable weight. 190 and manage what I eat when traveling on business to get back to that weight. Also to train and try to run a half marathon. I don't think that will happen this year but going to shoot for it. Probably next year for that one.

I lost 40 lbs thru X-mas last year. I wanted to lose another 20 to bring me down to 250. I managed to gain about 4-5 lbs over the holidays, so I plan to lose 25. I'm shooting for April-May so I can try surfing at a lighter weight.

Get some surfing lights and stay out of trouble... and have a lot less pain.....
